This is a body of work that plays a greater role in the artist’s life, as he managed to move his career from one place to another. Khalipha symbolises pigeons as his story of moving from his township where he once used to work in his bedroom and dining room. He uses pigeons as a symbol of hope, freedom & movement – as he managed to move from the township, to the city hub where he was allowed to explore more in his career and grow his craft as a visual artist & a proclaimed visual healer through his masterpieces.
